Our Policy

Our guests will be able to book, reschedule, and cancel appointments with the convenience of our online booking site.
We allow a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled appointment time.

When booking appointments, our new clients will be required to place a credit/debit card on file for deposits and fees. Appointments that are canceled within less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fees differ in price depending on the scheduled service.

No call, no show appointments will be charged for 100% of their missed appointment before they will be able to rebook with us to ensure our service providers are compensated for their time. We also require deposits for various services that must be paid before the scheduled appointment. We keep all fees, deposits, cancellations, and no shows on file for all clients.
